Amazon S3 Connector

Sync documents from an S3 bucket into Knowledge. S3 needs no server settings: each member connects with their own access key.

Members connect this service from Settings > Connectors. See Connectors for how connections work.

Create an access key

Create an access key for an IAM user or role that can list and read the bucket:

Connect

In Settings > Connectors, pick Amazon S3 and fill in:

Region	The bucket’s region	No (defaults to `us-east-1`)
Custom endpoint URL	For S3-compatible storage such as MinIO, Cloudflare R2 or DigitalOcean Spaces (`https://<region>.digitaloceanspaces.com`)	No

Sync into Knowledge

Turn on Sync into Knowledge and enter the Bucket name and an optional Path prefix to sync only part of it. DocsGPT reads the files it can parse under that prefix and syncs them on the schedule you choose.
